Mike Lloyd

PRESIDENT

Mike is responsible for the overall running of the Centre. Chairs the Centre Executive. Adjudicates on disputes. Represents the Centre in dealings with Little Athletics Victoria, KSB and the local council.

For Mike Little Athletics is a sport for the whole family, with his son an U13 athlete very keen on throws, wife Pip the first aid manager, and older daughter Sophie the U6 girls team manager.

Angela Dickins

VICE PRESIDENT – SPECIAL EVENTS MANAGER

Angela Dickins is one of the two vice-presidents.Assists President. Angelal;ooks after all special events including relays, regional events and cross-country, and helps with announcing and looking after new members. 

Angela has three children competing in the club. Despite a wide range of responsbilities, she still finds time to go running on Sunday mornings.

Gail Monument

VICE PRESIDENT –  ROSTER AND PROMOTIONS MANAGER

Gail is our other vice-president. She has manages the roster and external and internal promotions. 

Gail has two children competing in the centre – and her family also has an interest in table tennis.

Kameta Mankelow

SECRETARY

Kameta Mankelow has a range of roles. She collects and distributes mail. She is a point of contact for general inquiries from members, general public & Little Athletics Victoria. Takes Centre Executive minutes. Kameta also helps out in the canteen when she can,

Kameta has two children competing in the centre, and has just had a new baby, which we expect to see competing in the U5’s race before too long.

John Di Martino

TREASURER

John is our treasurer. In this role he keeps the accounts. Maintains the Centre’s asset register. Prepares monthly financial reports for the Centre Executive. Manages cash flow and collects and banks all cash. Organises the annual audit of the Centre’s accounts. Issues cheques.

John is the father of three athletes at the club and a former high jumper himself. Outside of Little Athletics, John has an interest in motorsport.

Russell Cram

COMPETITION DIRECTOR

Russell is responsible for all activities related to planning for and the conduct of the Centre’s weekly competition. Liaises with the Program Manager in determining the competition event schedule and program. Liaises with duty roster manager, set- up manager and chief officials to ensure adequate officials are available and equipment is set-up to allow for the competition to start on time. Responsible for the efficient running of the program on the day. Supervises hurdles placements. Responsible for verifying and recording all records on each competition day. Ensures Chief Officials are in place for each area (Throws / Jumps / Track / Starters).

Russell is the father of three current or former little athletes, one of whom is a former state champion high jumper. Russell is a keen runner himself, competing with the Keilor St Bernards Athletics Club.

Lachlan Rayner

INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the information communication platforms including the website & social media (Twitter, Facebook & YouTube).

Lachlan is a former athlete at the centre, and is the current holder of five centre records. Besides helping the centre, Lachlan is employed to do the same role for Little Athletics Victoria.

Lianna Galang

MANAGER – TIMING AND ADVANCED COACHING PROGRAM

Lianna is responsible for looking after our Results HQ results system, and will also supervise the Advanced Coaching Program.

Lianna is the mother of three Little Athletes, and also has a business making sweet treats and custom cakes for birthdays, weddings and other special occasions.

Aaron Carmichael

GENERAL COMMITTEE

Attend Centre Executive meetings. Assist centre executive members in the conduct of their portfolios as requested. Assist with or co-ordinate projects or activities as requested by the executive. Learn the various aspects of the management of the Centre with the view to taking on an executive portfolio in the future.

Aaron Carmichael is joining the executive in only his second season in the centre – but has previous experience as an an international athletics official at the Arafura Games in Darwin.

Marianne Burtt

Mark Dal-Corrobo

JUMPS MANAGER

Mark Dal-Corobbo joined the committee this year after looking after our long and triple jumps area last year. He has one child competing the centre.

Lynelle Petersen

CLUBROOM MANAGER 

Lynelle is a very long standing member of the executive, and a former secretary. She has had three children competing in the centre, and her husband Shane is also a long standing executive member, and before that a former athlete in the centre.
