As an example, junior athletes will enjoy a variety of games aimed at teaching the basics, while older athletes will be trained in specialist athletic skills

Additional Info:

Parents must be in attendance whilst their child(ren) are training.

Sessions will conducted under the direction of Professional Coaching supplier, Proactive. For further information about this program, please see here.

What happens if it rains? We will train regardless – we have an all weather track, clubrooms if we need them, and will adapt the training to suit the conditions. The same applies to hot weather – unless the temperature is forecast to be 38 degrees or more (at Tullamarine) after 5pm – upon which we cancel the training via a note placed on the front page of the website.
