Centre Training begins this Tuesday 10th October, 6 pm to 7pm

As part of their subscription, all members are entitled to participate in the KLAC Centre Training, and this returns this Tuesday, and will run *every week from then until mid December – and returns in Term 1 of 2017 (*with an exception for Melbourne Cup Tuesday).

The program for 10th October is:


FMS/Game Warm-up – 15 mins

20 mins – 1st Event

20 mins – 2nd Event

5 mins warm down

This training runs rain or shine, and will only be cancelled in the event of extreme heat.  This is a great way for your children to develop your skills away from the pressure of competition, and Sonja our head coach has promised another series of sessions, focusing on skill development, with the athletes grouped by age for age-appropriate training.
