Cross Country has started – and will continue to 29th July 2017 (results also available)

Cross Country season runs every year between May and August. So if your child(ren) want to keep fit in the “off season” cross country is the perfect sport. Many of our athletes also successfully combine cross country with another sport on the weekend such as basketball or football.

Further Info:

Competition is held each Saturday morning just like Track & Field, but at a number of different local cross country courses, such as Essendon, Sunbury, Coburg & Keilor. Keilor will host two  of these weekly competitions. See below for venue details.

Please note that you need to register for the regular season at the form found here – and separately for the NMR Cross Country (form found here)

To enter the open days you will need complete separate forms – these are found here, along with other cross-country documentation

Also please note that you need your normal registration patch. If you have lost our patch, or just started with KLAC, you can request a patch when you register for the normal season.

Weekly competition starts at 9.00am and is generally all over by about 11.00am.
