Can an athlete who is a member of the club participate in state cross country even though they have not competed in the cross country season so far? Do you need to qaulify at region level?
    Cheers

      Hi Monique,

Yes any athlete that is a member of little aths can enter and compete at State cross country without competing at regular cross country or regional championships, ie there is no qualification or eligibility criteria apart from being a member.
